This Privacy Policy describes how High Altitude LLC handles information you share with us when you visit highaltitude.llc or contact us through it. It applies to this corporate website only; subsidiary products publish their own privacy policies at their own domains.

1. Who we are

High Altitude LLC is an Arizona limited liability company with its principal place of business at 4747 E Elliot Rd Suite 29-532, Phoenix, AZ 85044. Our Arizona entity ID is 23167869. Privacy inquiries may be directed to privacy@highaltitude.llc.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what this site requires to function and to respond to you.

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message. This is the only form on the site.
  • Standard server request logs: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, and requested URL. Azure Static Web Apps records these automatically for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • No analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies are set by this site in the current phase.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to inquiries you send through the contact form.
  • Detect and prevent abuse of the site (for example, rate-limiting bots).
  • Maintain the operational security of our infrastructure.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Third parties & sub-processors

We rely on the following processors to operate this site and respond to you. Each operates in the United States.

  • Microsoft Azure — hosting infrastructure (Azure Static Web Apps).
  • Microsoft 365 Exchange Online — receives and sends email replies from our team.

We may add sub-processors in future phases (for example, an email relay or CRM). When that happens, this policy will be updated and the change noted below.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies. Azure infrastructure may set short-lived technical cookies to route requests; these are not used to identify or track you across sessions or sites.

If we introduce analytics in a future phase, we will update this policy and display a cookie notice before any non-technical cookie is set.

6. Data retention

  • Contact form submissions and related email correspondence: retained for up to 7 years to comply with Arizona business record norms and to maintain continuity on long-running conversations about ideas or engagements.
  • Server request logs: retained per Azure defaults (approximately 90 days).

We will delete earlier on verified request (see “Your rights” below).

7. Security summary

  • HTTPS is enforced for all visitor traffic, with HSTS preload.
  • Administrative access uses Microsoft Entra ID with multi-factor authentication.
  • Credentials and secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault (used by application components in later phases; none are required in the current static-only phase).
  • Infrastructure follows the principle of least privilege.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we are not required to keep by law.

Send requests to privacy@highaltitude.llc. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may contact the Arizona Attorney General’s Office or your state’s equivalent regulator.

9. Children’s data

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, email privacy@highaltitude.llc and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

High Altitude LLC operates in the United States. Data collected by this site is processed in US Azure regions (primarily West US 2). If you access the site from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes & effective date

We announce material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they take effect by updating the effective date above and posting a notice on this page. Non-material corrections (typos, clarifications that do not alter the substance) may take effect immediately.

Effective date: April 17, 2026.
